Returns & Custom Jewelry Policy
This page is a launch policy draft. Because personalized jewelry may include custom materials, sizing, engraving, and stones, the final return rules require Owner approval before checkout goes live.
Ready-made pieces
Ready-made, unworn pieces may be eligible for review within 30 days of delivery when returned in original condition and packaging.
Personalized pieces
Engraved, resized, or custom-made pieces may not be returnable unless there is a verified production defect, material issue, or fulfillment error.
Damage or order issues
Customers should contact support with photos and order details as soon as an issue is discovered. The support team will review repair, replacement, or refund options.
